At Smart Steps Children's Academy, we realize how important developmental growth is to you and your children. This is a time when SSCA educators provide the necessary developmental skills for your children to thrive such as cognitive, social, emotional, physical, intellectual, and language development. Children thrive when the process of discovery is lovingly encouraged, and gently reinforced. Our philosophy focuses on a curriculum that provides guidance, creativity, and a rich learning experience. The curriculum will foster the development of each child allowing them to develop at his or her own pace. All children need opportunities to be responsible, to make choices and to be treated equally with respect. SSCA will also focus and build on each child's strengths and weakness by providing them with opportunities to grow. The children will receive the best quality care from our professional and educated staff, their qualifications requirements are also met by state law. Smart Steps Children's Academy is an advocate for children, that is why we pride ourselves in providing a safe loving and nurturing atmosphere. It is important that our children feel a sense of security allowing children to become confident, happy, and self-aware which gives equal opportunity to explore their environment.
